• Software Engineer - XML Specialties
  Must have considerable experience with requirements gathering, analysis and synthesis in an XML rich environment. Candidate must be proficient at writing and presenting functional specifications and various forms of process analysis. Applicant(s) must have a Bachelors degree or better.
  
  
  
  
• Senior Consultant - XML Development Specialties
  Must have considerable experience with XML, XSL, XSD, DTD, DOM, SAX, and programming languages used to integrate XML into Web, Enterprise, and stand-alone applications. Applicant(s) must have a Bachelors degree or better.
  
  
  
  
• Consultant - Java Specialties
  Must have experience developing Java J2SE applications using popular IDEs and a variety of tools. Experience with XML and database integration is a must, as is experience with rolling-out application code in a distributed environment. Candidates should be proficient with one or more of J2EE, JSP, EJB, OO design & development, UML, XML Web Services, and sync/async messaging (JMS & MQSeries). Experience with Websphere or IBM WSAD is also desirable. Applicant(s) must have a Bachelors degree or better.
  
  
  
  
• Consultant - .NET Specialties
  Must have experience developing .NET applications using C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and a variety of utilities. Experience with with .NET development environment techniques, tools and industry standards required. Web services development experience is desirable. Applicant(s) must have a Bachelors degree or better.
  
  
  
  
• Programming Intern - XML &/or Java
  Gain valuable real-world experience working one of our exciting XML projects. Your contribution will vary depending upon the project you work on, but could include Java coding, middle-tier scripting, XML DTD/Schema work, documentation, or testing. During your internship, you will be exposed to the full project lifecycle and gain first-hand exposure to results-based consulting.
